1. Who we are

These terms apply when you buy the book on https://sthitaprajnudu.in. The seller is Dr Kothapalli Srinivasa Varma, 50-96-4, North Extension, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms and our Shipping & Delivery, Cancellation & Refund and Privacy policies.

2. What we sell

One printed book: స్థితప్రజ్ఞుడు (Sthitaprajnudu): Political Journey of Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, by Dr Kothapalli Srinivasa Varma. Telugu, paperback, 352 pages, ISBN-13 978-9360680800. Net quantity: 1 book per copy. Country of origin: India.

3. Price

• ₹379 per copy, or ₹359 per copy for 5 or more copies in one order, including delivery by India Post Speed Post anywhere in India. The MRP printed on the book is ₹399; we never charge more than the MRP.
• There are no other charges: no delivery fee, no packing fee, no payment fee.
• Printed books are exempt from GST (HSN 4901). We are not registered under GST, so no GST is charged. Every parcel contains an Invoice / Receipt.

4. Orders

• You can order 1 to 50 copies per order on the website. For more copies, email us, or tap ‘Need help?’ on the order page and leave your number — we call you back. The price stays ₹359 per copy delivered, or less, never more.
• Please give a correct and complete address and a mobile number that works. The address is shown to you for checking before you pay.
• The order page shows your order number (it starts with ST-). Please keep a screenshot.

5. Payment

• Prepaid only. There is no cash on delivery.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments: UPI apps (such as PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm), debit and credit cards, and netbanking. You enter your payment details on Cashfree’s secure page; we never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or bank password.
• Your order is confirmed when the payment gateway confirms your payment. The order page then shows “Order received” with your order number.
• If we take your order by phone, you may pay by UPI to the account we give you; we post the book after the money reaches us.
• If you pay twice, or pay for an order we cannot fulfil, we refund the extra or the whole amount (see Cancellation & Refund).
• We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card number or bank password.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

7. When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order if we cannot deliver to the address, the book is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the order appears fraudulent. We will tell you and refund in full.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering a good copy of the book to the address you give us. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Copyright

The text and cover of the book are protected by copyright. Copying, scanning or sharing them, in whole or in part, without the author’s written permission is not allowed.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please contact our Grievance Officer first (see About & Contact). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach the consumer commission where you live.

We may update these terms. The version on this website when you placed your order applies to that order.
